These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and services provided through the website www.berlinervinylwerk.com

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Our Services

BerlinerVinylwerk specializes in custom vinyl record cutting, offering both individual and small-batch production.

All records are cut manually using high-quality equipment, based on the audio files you provide. We do not offer mass-pressing services.

4. Custom Orders and Content Responsibility

You, as the customer, are solely responsible for the content of the audio and artwork provided.

You confirm that you own the rights to the content or are authorized to use it.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal, or infringing material.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required in advance via our online store. No order will be processed until payment is received in full.

Custom orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal once production has begun.

6. Production Times

Production typically starts 7–14 days after we receive compliant audio files and full payment.

Production times may vary depending on workload, order volume, and specific customizations. You will be notified of any delays.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled by trusted delivery services. Once the package is handed to the courier, BerlinerVinylwerk is not responsible for delivery delays.

International shipments may incur customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Refunds and Returns

Custom-made products are non-refundable once production begins.

Refunds requested before production starts will be reviewed individually. In case of approval, payment processing fees will be deducted.

In case of damaged deliveries, please notify us within 24 hours with photo and video documentation. We will assist with any courier claims.

9. File Handling and Privacy

All uploaded audio files are deleted after production is complete, to protect your privacy and comply with copyright laws.

We will never share or distribute your files or personal data, unless required by law or explicitly requested by you.

10. Limitation of Liability

BerlinerVinylwerk is not liable for:

  • The sound quality of the source material.

  • Delays caused by external shipping services.

  • Incorrect file submissions by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, Germany.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
