Shipping Policy
At Berliner Vinylwerk, we ship our products using reliable national and international couriers such as UPS, DHL, and DPD. We evaluate the best shipping option for each order individually, based on destination, weight, and timing.
Shipping Timeline
Custom-made products, such as lathe-cut vinyl records, are shipped only after the production is complete. The estimated completion date will be clearly communicated to the customer once the order is confirmed and the required audio files are received.
Please note that production usually begins within 7 to 14 business days after receipt of payment and compliant files, excluding weekends and holidays. Actual production time may vary depending on workload and order volume.
Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. From this point, the delivery process is in the hands of the courier, and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or customs processing.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the EU, local import duties, customs taxes, or other fees may apply. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you check with your country’s customs office prior to ordering.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt. Send us photos and a short video of the package and contents. This is essential to file a claim with the courier and assist you in obtaining compensation or a replacement if applicable.
