Returns and Refunds Policy – BerlinerVinylwerk
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all business relations with BerlinerVinylwerk.de.
The Contract
The order placed via our online platform constitutes a binding offer.
All information regarding products, services, dimensions, weights, and prices displayed on the e-commerce platform is accurate and binding.
Any product request that differs from the online catalog will be considered a custom service. In such cases, a separate quote will be provided.
We reserve the right to reject any orders containing offensive, abusive, racist, pornographic, violent, extremist, immoral, or infringing content.
Refunds will be processed excluding any transaction or payment processing fees.
Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, all prices include applicable VAT and are valid ex-works from Berlin, Germany.
Orders require advance payment through our online platform.
Production starts within 7–14 days from receipt of compliant audio files and payment. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
Customers will be informed of estimated production times. Refunds are not possible after production begins. Requests made earlier will be reviewed individually.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery occurs once production is completed.
Customers can track their order status via their personal account.
A tracking code will be sent once the order is shipped. From this point forward, delivery responsibility lies with the courier.
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate delivery service. Shipping outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, for which the customer is responsible.
If items are damaged during delivery, the customer must send us photo and video evidence within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We will support any claims made with the shipping provider.
Ownership of Content
All files and content remain the exclusive property of the customer. BerlinerVinylwerk does not copy, distribute, or make use of client content under any circumstances.
Warranty & Quality
Each vinyl record is tested to ensure production quality.
If the files submitted do not meet minimum requirements, we may offer assistance or additional services for an extra fee.
If the customer is not satisfied with the final product, we will investigate thoroughly and, if the complaint is valid, propose a fair solution.
We are not responsible for the sound quality of the submitted audio files.
Copyright and Legal Responsibility
This agreement is between BerlinerVinylwerk ("COMPANY") and the customer ("CLIENT").
The COMPANY engraves audio data provided by the CLIENT, who retains full responsibility for all legal, tax, ethical, and copyright matters related to the content.
The CLIENT bears full liability for any content submitted and its use, reproduction, or distribution. The COMPANY is not responsible for misleading declarations or legal violations.
Files are not shared with third parties, unless requested by the CLIENT or authorities.
Legal jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin, Germany.
File Deletion and Retention
We retain your files only during the production period. Once production is complete, all files are permanently deleted for privacy and copyright compliance.
