How It Works – 3-Step Process

  • 1. Prepare Your Audio

    Send us your tracks in WAV or AIFF format, high quality only.
    For best results, we recommend a vinyl-specific mastering.
    If you don’t have it, we offer free vinyl optimization included in the price. You can choose: White center label or custom design.
    Formats: 12” / 10” / 7” (small hole) / 7” (large hole for jukeboxes)
    📂 Organize your tracks in the right order (e.g. A1, A2, B1, B2)
    and send a compressed folder (.zip) renamed with your order number.

  • 2. Check & Cut

    After receiving your order, we analyze your audio files in detail.

    If everything is fine, your record goes straight into production.
    If something is wrong, we’ll contact you to fix it together.

    We cut your music in real-time on 2mm vinyl (Black or Crystal Clear)
    using high-end machines and a fully manual process.
    Each record is individually tested to ensure quality and clarity.

  • 3. Delivery or Pickup

    Once ready, your record is:

    Available for pickup at our Berlin studio

    Shipped to your address with secure packaging and tracking.

We cut your music in real time onto 2mm solid PVC records using a high-precision manual lathe.
Each track is carefully analyzed and optimized for vinyl, ensuring clean grooves, proper depth, and full turntable compatibility.
Every record is hand-checked and tested to guarantee excellent sound quality.
The result: a unique, durable dubplate — crafted with care and precision.
